For not showing up in school, a student was severely brutalized by his principal, in Imo State as photos show how the young man was inflicted with injuries all over his body.

Below is how a Facebook user, Utibe Michael Akpan, who exclusively posted the photos on social media, reported the incident;

"Imagine what the principal of christian secondary commercial school at obio imo did to my brother's back because he couldn't make it to school. The man didn't even bother to find out if d boy was sick or didn't have transport."

The identity of the brutalized student, the name of the school and the accused principal, were not ascertained as of the time of filing this report.
